According to the Hungarian Higher Education Act, there needs to be 30 ECTS equivalence between your BA courses and our Curriculum. Please do not hesitate to send us your Academic Transcript of Records, if you would like to be sure about your eligibility.
Degree attesting graduation from a BA program fully taught in English provides for an exemption from the language requirements. However, please note that the Program Administration reserves the right to refuse applications due to unsatisfactory language skills based on the experiences of the Admission Interview.
We suggest you to apply to MIR Program still, but please keep in mind that the Program Administration reserves the right to refuse applications due to unsatisfactory language skills based on the experiences of the admission interview.
A Research Proposal is a well-structured paper presenting the Candidate’s research plan/topics of interest related to the future academic work necessary to complete and graduate from this Program (the MA thesis).
The Candidate shall be able to present a summary of the research, including research questions, method(s) to be applied and a literature review. The chosen topic does not have to be the final one for the Candidate’s MA thesis, in case the candidate is admitted to the Program. Previously done and submitted academic works (e.g. the BA thesis) cannot be accepted as a proposal. There is no formal format for the required proposal, however, a proposal no more than 5 pages is recommended.
