Apply for the University of Porto's blended intensive program till 30 June!

The University of Porto’s Faculty of Psychology and Education Science is organizing the second edition of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on Citizen Science for Psychological Wellbeing.

The 2024 Challenge will revolve around the theme of “People Living with a Rare Disease.” The primary objective of this initiative is to equip interdisciplinary groups with the skills and knowledge necessary to create solutions that are collaboratively defined and designed, with active participation from both patients and professionals. The course will last for 10 weeks and will involve completing weekly tasks to build up the project.


Participants


The course is limited to 40 participants who hold a Master’s Degree, Ph.D. students, or young researchers who completed their Ph.D. within the last five years in various fields related to Psychology, Health, Education Sciences, Arts, Architecture, Law, Engineering, Design, Communication Sciences, and Social and Human Sciences.


Timeline

The program will be conducted in a condensed format over a period of 10 weeks, spanning from February to April 2024. Additionally, there will be a week-long in-person session held at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences at the University of Porto in Portugal.

Course_fee


The training is free. The only cost per student will be the fee for certificate (€5).

Please note that in the case of students pursuing their Master’s Degree, the application is only acceptable if the 3 credits can be accepted by their sending university.
