Dr. Péter Mezei, habilitated Associate Professor of the Institute of Comparative Law and Legal Theory has delivered classes and a scientific presentation at the CEIPI of the University of Strasbourg on April 10-11, 2019. The presentations took place upon the invitation of the head of CEIPI, Professor Christophe Geiger.

On the English language intelelctual property master programme, Dr. Mezei has discussed actual questions of international and comparative copyright law like the potential protection of sport moves, the intellectual property perspectives of image rights / right of publicity, and musical sampling. On his scientific presentation (conference) Dr. Mezei has analysed the applicability of the doctrine of exhaustion in the digital domain.
